Students will learn many proven strategies for creating greater academic, professional, and personal success. This course allows students to learn and refine important skills that will benefit them throughout their lives, including personal nutrition & fitness skills, time & stress management, communication & healthy relationships, goal setting, study skills, leadership & service, environmental & consumer health, and personal finances. Additionally, this course will introduce students to people and resources at Kilgore College and within the community who can assist them in providing a positive educational as well as personal experience.
