This one year certificate prepares the student to carry out corrosion work at a technician level, which primarily involves collection of data, installations, minor repairs, and coating inspection. This certificate prepares the student for future certification as a NACE/AMPP Corrosion Technician, NACE/AMPP Cathodic Protection Tester (CP1), NACE/AMPP Level I Coatings Inspector, NACE/AMPP Internal Corrosion Technologist and/or NACE/AMPP PCIM Technician (see latest NACE/AMPP certification requirements for details.)
