NCBM 0143 (NT) - Technical Algebra and Trigonometry NCBO

The NCBO supports students in developing skills, strategies, and reasoning needed to succeed in Technical Algebra and Trig. Topics include the study of numeracy and the real number system; algebraic concepts, notation and reasoning; quantitative relationships; mathematical models; and problem solving. This intervention is designed specifically for students as a contextualized and/or integrated skills instructional support for a Career/Technical Education course. One hour of lab time is required each week with the instructor.
Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of MATH 0300 or an appropriate score on a placment test. Also, students must enroll concurrently into specified TECM 1343 section.
