KINE 1114 T - Walking & JoggingSemester Credit Hour(s): 1 Lecture Hour(s) Each Week: 0 Lab Hour(s) Each Week: 3 A course designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness through walking and/or jogging. Students will perform basic calculations to determine appropriate target heart rate zones. Students will establish fitness goals and select appropriate activities to attain these goals.
