RNSG 1261 (NT) - Clinical Common Concepts of Adult HealthSemester Credit Hour(s): 2 Lecture Hour(s) Each Week: 0 Lab Hour(s) Each Week: 10 Study of the general principles of caring for selected adult clients and families in structured settings with common medical-surgical health care needs related to each body system. Emphasis on knowledge judgment, skills, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. Content includes applicable DEC competencies. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Associate Degree Nursing Program and Prerequisites: RNSG 1413, RNSG 1360, RNSG 1300, RNSG 1301. Concurrent enrollment in RNSG 1441 (Common Concepts Adult Health) is required. Successful completion of both theory and clinical courses is required for progression.
