A detailed study of the United States Department of Transportation regulations with emphasis on identifying applicable regulations recommending compliance strategies in the transport of dangerous and hazardous materials. Examination of the regulatory requirements for employees and employers involved in all modes of transportation, including road, rail, aircraft and vessel.
